Pak G Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pak g platform — whether through the website at pakg.win or through the pak g mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect the moment you register an account or interact with any platform feature.

These terms apply to all users of pak g, including registered players, guests browsing the site and anyone who downloads the pak g app. The terms cover all services provided by pak g, including sports betting, live casino, the game lobby, fish games, deposit and withdrawal services and any promotions or bonus programmes.

If you are accessing pak g on behalf of someone else or a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. In practice, pak g accounts are personal and non-transferable — one person, one account.

2. Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pak g. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

3.3 Verification

Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Currency

All pak g accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the platform side — what you deposit in PKR is what you play with in PKR.

4. Deposits

Pak g supports the following deposit methods in PKR: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and pak g does not guarantee that all methods will be available at all times.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pak g account within minutes for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank.
• Pak g does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name may be declined and refunded. You must use payment methods that belong to you personally.
• Pak g reserves the right to request proof of a deposit method at any time as part of the verification process.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pak g account can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If your account has an active bonus with wagering requirements, you may not withdraw until those requirements have been met. The specific requirements are detailed in the bonus terms.
• Pak g reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is for your protection as well as platform integrity.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawal).
• Only genuine, good-faith bets placed using real funds or eligible bonus funds count towards wagering requirements. Matched betting, arbitrage strategies or patterns of play designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay may result in bonus cancellation.
• Pak g reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be subject to the terms in place at the time they accepted it.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they must be played through according to the stated requirements.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are displayed clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of claiming.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Pak g offers sports betting covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and other events, as well as live casino, slots, fish games, card games and other titles available through the game lobby. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. Pak g does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except in cases where an event is cancelled or voided.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the required play has taken place, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account unless otherwise stated in the specific sport or event rules.
• In-play bets (live betting) are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pak g may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• In the event of a clearly erroneous odds display caused by a technical error, pak g reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These are displayed within the relevant betting markets.

7.2 Casino and Game Lobby

• All casino games and game lobby titles available on pak g are provided by third-party certified gaming providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical game outcomes overseen by real dealers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's rules and the result recorded accordingly. Pak g is not liable for connectivity issues caused by the player's device or internet connection.
• Any malfunction in a game voids all plays and returns stakes. This rule applies to all slots, table games, fish games and live casino titles.

8. Player Conduct

Pak g expects all players to interact with the platform and with support staff in a respectful and honest manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after having received and used deposited funds.

Pak g monitors platform activity to detect unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players cooperating with investigations will be treated fairly and any funds that are legitimately theirs will be protected.

9. Privacy and Data

11. Account Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining eligible balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Closure by Pak G

Pak g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or payment fraud is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.

• In no event will pak g's total liability to any player exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Pak g reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak g will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the pak g platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
